Job Title: Interim Talent Development Consultant

Your Mission

Drive design, project management and execution of innovative talent development and organisational effectiveness initiatives throughout Activision Blizzards territories across Europe.

You will be expected to build organisational capability with cutting edge solutions by:

• Partner with the leadership teams and HR Generalists to identify future

• business needs and priorities to further develop organisational capability across Europe.

• Embed a continuous learning culture.

• Identify, develop and execute initiatives that contribute to the overarching talent management strategy with particular focus on employee engagement, and competency development.

• Identify partners / vendors to deliver innovative solutions to build employee and organisational capability, enhance course content as needed to meet business needs and to fully engage population.

• Design and customise tailored course material embedding company values, culture and practices.

• Schedule L&D workshops across Europe for region-wide initiatives.

• Manage the L&D budget and ensure appropriate and timely use of resources.

• Partner with the US Talent Development team to leverage Group programmes, share best practice and align with the global strategy.

• Support annual training & development plan process, identify and deliver solutions for key development themes.

• Support local training needs where required.

• Analyse and drive advanced analytics, including training data, participant feedback and talent planning information to understand L&D impact and to gain insights for future strategy.

Enhancing L&D tools and material with cutting edge solutions:

• Review and streamline existing training material, tools and providers included in the Learning and Development toolbox. Consider technology to improve usability and engagement.

• Update and streamline L&D tracking tools including ways to track return on investment.

• Partner with HR Generalists to continuously improve L&D offerings and enrolment process.

• Build communications / branding campaigns for all talent initiatives to drive awareness and employee engagement.

Fostering Talent Development Evolution:

• Evolve learning initiatives to become more interactive, digital and innovative.

• Promote and increase relevance and ultimately usage of the Learning Management System content.

• Keep abreast of next-generation L&D theory and practices, consider ways to implement innovative solutions to Talent Development strategy.

• Build strong working relationship with HR Generalists and employee population to ensure offerings remain relevant and progressive.

• Project manage International-wide initiatives related to development and organisational effectiveness including enhancements to the performance management cycle, employee engagement and organisational design.

Player Profil e

Previous experience within HR, specifically in a Talent Development (L&D) Program Management position

• Able to influence and get sponsorship across all levels

• Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently

• Experience implementing new L&D offerings across international populations including cutting edge technologies / platforms, leveraging proven project management methodologies

• Experience managing and negotiating with external vendors

• Demonstrated specialism in TD design and implementation

• Proven experience presenting in front of large audiences and senior level executives

• Proficiency in leveraging data to drive change and results

• Easily able to adapt to change in fast paced environment

• Compassionate towards others

• Ability to execute multiple competing priorities under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to deadlines
