Influencer Outreach Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Freelance Influencer Manager to join our startup iGaming company. As the Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our existing roster of influencers, as well as recruiting additional influencers to promote our brands. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations departments while taking charge of your responsibilities as an independent worker.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with our existing roster of influencers, ensuring timely communication, and fostering strong partnerships.
• Identify, approach, and recruit new influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
• Negotiate and execute influencer contracts and agreements, including compensation and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality content creation and promotion.
• Monitor influencer performance and campaign results, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing and operations teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maximize influencer marketing strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Monitor social media channels and influencer communities, identifying potential opportunities and trends for engagement.
• Utilize platforms like Discord to engage with influencers, provide support, and foster a sense of community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer management, preferably within the gaming or iGaming industry.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and influencer marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Discord and other relevant communication platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming and iGaming industry.

Note: This is initially a freelance position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company growth.
