Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who loves working in interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and creative environment to come join our team and and help us to show the world our amazing games!! You will be the champion behind all our video activities for The Cycle, the Studio YAGER and upcoming games.

Responsibilities:

• You drive all our influencer activities for The Cycle, no matter if paid and organic and you brief our influencers with important and supportive materials for a higher video quality
• Manage the paid influencer budget internationally and build and maintain an organic in-house influencer program
• Develop Influencer marketing campaigns with external agencies as the central interface and oversee those campaigns from start to end
• Analyze completed campaigns in terms of views, new players and costs and report to the management
• Set impulses for new video ideas for the promotion of The Cycle
• Build and maintain an inhouse contact database to video influencers for direct activations in future
• Support the community management for further video-based initiatives on Social Media, for The Cycle but also the Studio itself
• Brief the marketing artists of additional assets being required for your activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2 years+) in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies
• Expertise in managing multiple agencies and platforms
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
• In depth knowledge of all legal regulations relevant to the influencer space

Desirable skills

• Ability to deliver creative content ideas
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, other languages are a plus
• Multitasking and analytics skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and driven
• A strong sense for humor and pop culture
• Up to date with latest trends in the digital space
