Influencer Marketing Lead, World of Tanks

Job Overview

Our legendary World of Tanks game is ready to welcome Influencer Marketing Lead on board. This role will lead insight-driven strategy for influencer marketing to strengthen the meaningful dialogue between players and Wargaming. Are you ready to take on your next challenge?

Reports To

Head of Marketing Operations

What will you do?

• Define and implement performance-based influencer marketing strategy for World of Tanks PC with focus on YouTube and Twitch platforms
• Partner with regional teams, through discipline leadership implement best practices and provide clear product guidance.
• Partner with business to understand performance across verticals, evaluate short- and long-term business impact. Audit and improve attribution methodologies used for tracking performance.
• Partner with internal and external agencies.
• Analyze campaigns results, drive continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition
• Experience from agency or client side, working with YouTube content creators across multiple YouTube verticals and regions
• In-depth understanding of influencer marketing landscape, media and digital trends, online consumer behavior.
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance metrics measurement
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to create a vision for what success looks like for World of Tanks (PC) in a rapidly evolving influencer marketing landscape

What additional skills will help you stand out?

Experience with influencer marketing in Europe, CIS, NA and Asian markets

• Fluency in Russian language is a plus
• Portfolio of projects/cases you worked on, which involved influencer marketing
• Passion for games
