Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Holiday

You will be a key member of the global influencer team here at Osmo! You will support the influencer team across all areas of influencer activity - from logistics to account management and creative problem solving. You will be responsible for making sure the day to day of the program runs smoothly and you will help us to strengthen our global scaling of Osmo Social Club as well as help us to execute a smooth Holiday 2021 and all of our upcoming influencer activations! The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and an excellent communicator. Key Responsibilities

• Daily handling of requests - support the team with all tasks across all influencer activity, this will include everything from identifying influencers, creating campaign documents, organizing Operations and Logistics sheets to ensuring the influencer experience and program is running smoothly
• Daily operations support - tracking and reconciling various checklists and influencer items to ensure the timelines are running smoothly. Communicating with the internal Operations team as well as external partners/influencers to guide them through the entire process towards the completion of their deliverables. Keep track of all partner posts to ensure all deliverables are completed
• Daily logistics support - packing and shipping of special giftings to influencers and partners, drop off these giftings to our shipping partners
• Proactively identify influencers the brand should collaborate with
• Assist creating campaign reports detailing the success of influencer activity
• Assist with the maintenance and development of key influencer documents i.e. briefing documents, engagement material, recap reports etc.
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
• Maintain a world-class experience and relationship based lens to maintain and strengthen our global influencer program, Osmo Social Club
• Gain a deep understanding of our Osmo portfolio of active learning kits and games, designed for children 3-10YO - and ensure the influencer network embodies and amplifies the mission and purpose of Osmo

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a HUGE plus
• Knowledge of how to use various Design tools (Photoshop, Canva) another HUGE pus
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and detailed oriented
• Previous experience in a support role
• Understanding of influencer marketing, bloggers, teachers, social media, learning expert ambassadors, community management, etc.
