Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role

You’ll be focusing on the following indirect categories : IT, HR, Consulting & Marketing. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll identify existing contracts, tools and needs, manage renewals, rationalize usages, renegotiate and put in place MSAs when accurate.
You’ll also work on new procurement projects (from needs definition to final negotiation and go live). You will conduct regular benchmarks per category.
• Challenge & consolidate the need internally, working directly with business owners in order to generate significant costs savings
• Define a roadmap and an action plan to optimize number of tools and associated costs
• Lead procurement projects (from RFP to contractualization)
• Build data driven cost reduction strategies
• Identify areas of improvement (quanti/quali)
• Run benchmarks to lock the fact that Voodoo pays the right price
• Develop strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with suppliers
• Rationalize number of suppliers
Contribute to digitization of the procurement process, & more broadly of the Finance department, through the implementation of a Purchase-to-Pay tool. You will have a key role in the deployment of the platform and its adoption across BUs. You’ll also have to be able to run spend analysis thanks to available data in the tool in order to support category strategies.

• Communicate on the procurement process
• Ensure that P2P & Financial tools are correctly interfaced
• Support business partners in the adoption of the tool

Profile

• Master Degree and proven experience as a buyer (1 to 3 years)
• Fluent in French & EnglishFirst experience on an IT category or at analytics position is a plus
• You are willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
• You are result oriented & ambitious
• You are sharp, autonomous & problem solving oriented
