Position Summary
Schedule-
7 PM-7 AM
Must be available day shift for training.
Position Summary:
To prepare and operate the imagers on the assigned shifts.
Job Functions:
- Conduct job setups within established procedure, and operate the imager in accordance with the job instructions.
- View set up and operations
- RTM set up and functions
- Sure Jet set up and operations
- LVS setup and functions
- Keyence set up and operations
- Pro-mark setup and operations
- Record all job information and daily shift activities on respective forms, logs and View in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with the press crew and oncoming operators relaying any information pertinent to the operation of the imagers, quality, and game information during the course of shift hours as well as at shift changes as applicable.
- Maintain image quality.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Offline and 3rd tower setup and operations.
- Must be available for overtime.
- Understand use and function of QA Ticket validations.
- Coordinate with lead pressman and perform 12 hour print-head cleans during shift hours as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of electronics and familiarity with computer usage.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift 65 pounds to chest height or higher while on a ladder.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic mathematics.
- Understanding of production/quality manufacturing environment and subsequent objectives.
- Ability to work in stressful situations.
- Ability to function without direct supervision.
- Ability to adapt to procedural and technological changes and upgrades.
- Must have a strong attention to detail .
Physical Demands:
- Some heavy lifting
- Climb ladder
- Move ink drums
- Push, load, and unload rolls (Offline Imager)
Work Environment
- Use of strobe light
- Dark room
- Temperature controlled environment
- Loud ( hearing protection required)
- Communication with press crew through head sets
- Gloves required for certain duties.
Qualifications
Education
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
