Illustrator II

Summary

What you'll do

• Works closely with a Lead Artist on the overall visual style of a project collaborating with Marketing and Product Management
• Able to prepare files for hand-off to Animation and Tech Art while meeting deadlines
• Contributes to team brainstorming and ideation meetings under the guidance of the Art Director or Lead Artist
• Research, concept and create final production artwork, characters and backgrounds, as an individual contributor in a variety of styles.
• Partnered ownership of quality look and feel for large project/tasks from inception to completion

What we're looking for

• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of stylistic abilities and solid understanding of lighting, form, composition, and color
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop with experience in optimal asset preparation
• Positive attitude and eager to receive and provide objective feedback. Collaborates as a team player across disciplines
• Demonstrates full ownership of aspects of the project from inception to in-game implementation. Able to work autonomously with demonstrated reliability
• Demonstrated passion for the product and team; committed and curious; eager and willing to learn from peers and leaders to enhance performance and expand job knowledge.
• Experience with 3D software is valued but not required
• Experience creating UI assets is valued but not required

• A portfolio showcasing concept artwork for games or equivalent
