IT Technician - Internship | Technicien TI - Stage

Larian Studios is seeking a motivated IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will assist in providing technical support to our team of developers and designers and will have the opportunity to develop and improve technical skills.

- Assist in responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and help develop solutions.

- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

- Assist with maintenance and setup of PCs and laptops

- Assist with identifying and reporting system issues to the IT team

- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- Basic understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems

- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service skills

- Good communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fortes compétences en service à la clientèle

- Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais.

- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
