As they IT and System Support Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of local and onsite user support, training and project delivery.
You will provide advanced technical assistance and consultation on various information technology platforms and gaming applications. You will deliver prompt troubleshooting and well as being able to build strong relationship with Aristocrat internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with key customer and their technical & IT team
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this maybe in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Provide the technical support for the customer on our products
- Follow the defined Support process – log, assign, track and escalate requests and to ensure all support requests meet or exceed agreed SLA’s
- Possible of providing our application product training to the customer
- Ability to travel to Asian countries if required
What we're looking for
- Experience in a similar IT support, IT engineer, IT helpdesk role
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- University bachelor’s degree in IT or Closely related discipline
- Project Management and leadership Skills
- Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux Debian operations
- General knowledge of troubleshooting internet connectivity, network systems, and other technological office equipment
- Basic Knowledge of database administration & maintenance (MSSQL and mysql) on Linux Debian & Windows platform is in advantage
- Experience on Gaming System is a plus
