IT Support Technician

The Multiplayer Group (MPG) are 300 developers and data scientists, helping our clients and partners build 20+ AAA projects at any one time. Your mission:

We are looking for IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team, to help and support the day-to-day running of MPG.

What you'll be doing:

• To help with our onboarding and off-boarding process
• Provide 1st line support to MPG
• To build all IT equipment to compliance specifications
• To help manage all onsite infrastructure
• To work with Global IT to manage a G-Suite, Slack and Zoom integration

What we need from you:

• Previous experience with 1st line support within IT
• Experience with Microsoft AD and preferably with Azure AD is highly desirable
• Experience with Google Suite is highly desirable
• Must be able to communicate with people of all levels
• A problem solver - always willing to help
• Capable of self-organising once given a task
• Thorough and methodical
• Linux experience is highly desirable

This role is a full time, permanent role that is based in our Nottingham studio.
