The IT department at Hardsuit Labs is looking for a Support Technician, one with a passion for games, and one that brings a talent for learning new technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to work beside an enthusiastic IT staff in a successful studio on several competitive, unannounced titles for PC and consoles.

Your primary focus will be assisting your fellow employees with PC, console, and general application issues. Secondary to that will be OS, service, and application deployments, maintenance of said solutions, along with research in new hardware, software, and service-oriented solutions.

Hardsuit Lab’s IT department is a fast-moving organization, where curiosity and the embrace of newer, cutting-edge solutions are well rewarded.

The is a full-time, hybrid in-office position, and you will need to be able to lift 40+lbs, assist with labor tasks like wiring, as well as shipping and delivery of hardware.
