IT Support Administrator

Player First Games is building best-in-class online game experiences for a passionate playerbase. Each member joining our team will have a significant impact on the direction of the game and the growth of the company. As the IT Support Administrator you will be:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for resolving internal technical challenges, system maintenance, and supporting employees with technology needs & troubleshooting.
• Administering and supporting IT-related installation, updates, maintenance & delivery.
• Hardware and office equipment planning and purchasing.
• Assist with new user profile setups, PC's/Laptops/Software.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to provide the best possible product & support to end-users.
• Assist in researching products and services as necessary.
• Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
• Ability to move or lift heavy objects, weighing up to 50 lbs.

Skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Video and social media savvy.

Experience

• 3 years of IT experience.
• Extensive desktop support experience.
• Understands network, application, and infrastructure security concepts such as least rights access controls, malware/antivirus, data integrity, threat/intrusion detection, etc.
• Understands core networking, firewalls, switches, router configuration, and optimization.
• Perforce administration experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with cloud-based IT environments and enterprise systems (Gsuite, JIRA, Favro, etc.).
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
