Responsibilities
- Provide solid support to customers with a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical expertise
- Respond to assigned customer questions, problems and concerns and adheres to SLA
- Own a follow-up ticket to closure
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base and self-service article
- Provide PC services including imaging, deployment, repair, upgrade and asset management.
- Provide end-user software services for Windows, iOS, Mac, and Android - Provide dispatch service to remote users or sites (service end-user at their location)
- Manage and report inventory at the site (Server room equipment, PC, accessories, mobiles, tablets etc.)
- Creating accounts in AD
- Maintaining and controlling user access to company resources
- Software Installation/Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Diagnostics, error detection, minor equipment repairs
- Processing incoming applications for software and PC work from employees
Requirements
- 1,5 years experience in a Help Desk environment.
- Previous working experience in providing Helpdesk or customer support over the phone, IM, email, and/or remote session
- Service orientation personality with pleasant and good customer service skills
- Knowledge of core Active Directory services, Remote Desktop Services, and remote assistance tools.
- Knowledge and work with macOS, Windows, Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP), Vmware vSphere
- Experience with L2 switching equipment
- Knowledge in the LAN construction and diagnostics sector
- Must have both verbal and written good English skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiar with one of the next methodologies: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional,
- MCSA Windows 10 HDI Desktop Support Technician or CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience with Linux server, VMWare or another Virtual platform
- Experienced in supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments
- Experience working with Office 365, Azure AD and Active directory
- Proficiency with at least one of the scripting languages (PowerShell, Batch, Python)
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and key trends in the market and check how they can influence our company (forums, experienced groups, etc.)
