IT Project Manager – Infrastructure

Job Description
The job is part of HQ IT department, the Asia office based in Shanghai, more particularly within an Infrastructure project manager team. Projects in the scope have direct relations with our studios and teams creating the games.
You will be mainly responsible for infrastructure projects; your missions shall be the following:
- Need gathering from stakeholders in our studios. Budget constitution.
- Collaborate with different technical teams, to translate business functional needs into technical and financial scenarios.
- Manage and participate in supplier negotiation, contract management with stakeholders (renewal, follow up), consumption measure
- Solution high-level design
- Project follow up, on-site or remotely, managing and controlling delays/cost/quality.
- Studio infrastructure audits.
- Participate in connectivity strategy and its deployment
- Participate in process and project standards documentation and framework evolution.
- Keep good working relationships with studios and HQ stakeholder
Your projects may include various technical domains such as:
- Storage, Virtualization, Backup
- Network, Telecom, Remote work technology
- Server room (cooling/power)
- Systems (mainly Microsoft, Linux environment)
Qualifications
Background:
- Graduation from engineer school, business school, project management school, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience as project manager
Required skills:
- Excellent Communication, presentation, and relational skills
- Strong teamwork ability (including giving visibility and gathering feedback)
- Strong commitment and autonomy capacity, curious and eager to learn mindset.
- Prioritization and change management strong consciousness
- Waterfall and agile project methodologies knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunication technical topics
- Fluent Professional English language
- MS Office Professional usage (PPT/excel/word)
- Open to international business travels according to the country’s health rules - for Missions and workshops around 6 weeks a year into a foreign country
Bonus:
- Ideally, trained or certified on project management (PMP, agile, or Prince2 for example)
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- OSI model knowledge
- Experience in an international challenging context
