IT Infrastructure Engineer - Contract

Playground Games are looking to grow their experienced internal IT team with a highly skilled and experienced Contract IT Infrastructure Engineer.
Working alongside the Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the IT systems and services.
Operating within a demanding and rapidly expanding environment you will be approachable, reliable, and eager to broaden your skillset.
You should have:
- Strong VMware skills .
- Outstanding Windows Server skills .
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory .
- Strong Microsoft365 and Azure exper ience.
- A solid understanding of network and security fundamentals.
- Experience of working with change management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Experience with modern backup and recovery technologies.
- A passion for IT and videogames.
- A c ommutable distance to Leamington Spa .
Desirable:
- Strong Networking or S ecurity experience .
- E xcellent Linux skills.
- Experience of version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Perforce or Git .
- Educated to HND/ degree level.
