Job Description
Ubisoft IT is currently seeking for an IT Executive Assistant to support directly the CIO and the leadership team (VP’s) of the IT department. The position reports into a manager within the Office of the CIO team. You will interact with internal but also with external stakeholders, provide support to the executives’ and arrange the schedule, coordinate the meetings and business trips.
Responsibilities
- Manage proactively the agendas and meetings of the executives’;
- Facilitate the organization of international business trips;
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
- Support other teams members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time and stress management skills;
- Capacity to communicate and maintain good collaboration with members of the executive team and stakeholders;
- Sense of diplomacy, discretion working with confidential and sensitive information;
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and ethics;
- Autonomous, excellent attention to details and accuracy;
- Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
