IT Asset and Procurement Analyst

What you’ll do

• Assist in the procurement process for IT resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions
• Help maintain vendor contact information and documentation
• Support the implementation and management of asset-tracking systems
• Collaborate with teams to understand their IT needs and assist in providing procurement solutions.
• Participate in audits of IT assets to ensure compliance and proper licensing
• Assist in analyzing procurement activities and asset utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Help develop and maintain IT procurement and asset management documentation
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Assist with monthly expense reports and cost tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of IT procurement and asset management.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in managing IT procurement and assets in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.

• Accredited certification in procurement, supply chain management, or asset management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education or work experience.
