Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

• Give advice to local i3D.net teams and employees based on an excellent understanding of the industry, the organization, its teams, strategic directions, and challenges.
• Collaborate with the international HR team as well as learn and manage all HR processes efficiently, working closely with various stakeholders to set up HR tools or initiatives.
• Build communication plans for HR processes.
• Understand, plan, implement and communicate all HR policies and processes in the employee life cycle.
• Understand, apply, and adapt existing rules to both the legal requirements and the company's objectives, and conduct initial analysis and resolve any difficult situation needed.
• Provide useful data to help align decisions and recommend improvements for existing methods and processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4 years’ experience in a senior HR role
• Demonstrated experience in a human resources role as a generalist in a company with an international reach.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build positive relationships.
• Knows how to organize, plan, and prioritize.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• US labor market experience
• Experience in remote leadership
• Knowledge of both Canadian and US local law and regulations
• A big plus: experience with change management
