Human Resources Administrator- 6 Month Contract

Job Description

This position is for a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

From the beginning of your journey with us you will:

·Assist with the onboarding of new employees including the preparation of new hire documents and conducting new hire orientations;

·Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the various aspects of the recruitment process;

·Set-up and maintain all employee files;

·Assist with the administration and coordination of various HR databases and reports;

·Respond to employee enquiries and escalating to the HR Generalist and HR Manager when necessary;

·Provide administrative support to the HR Team with various HR projects which includes the development and maintenance of HR processes and programs;

·Work closely with Gameloft Toronto’s Social Committee in planning events to help promote engagement and a positive work culture;

·Draft and distribute communications to our staff including our monthly update newsletter and wellness newsletter;

·Provide Office administrative assistance including ordering supplies, coordinating with external suppliers/vendors, executing mail outs and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or completion of Co-op work term in HR
• Certificate/Degree in Human Resources Management
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• You want to further explore your passion for HR.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
