Tactile Games is looking for a Head of User Acquisition to further develop our performance marketing team and their growth.
As the Head of User Acquisition you will be reporting to our CMO and be responsible for leading the day to day priorities of the team to meet strategic objectives. This is a vital role that will ensure our growth ambitions are achieved. Are you up for the challenge and ready to exceed expectations?
As a person, you are highly analytical with solid business acumen and the ability to independently manage several tasks while guiding and coaching UA team members to achieve desired results and develop professionally. Most importantly, you prefer to work collaboratively and enjoy leading a diverse team of dedicated individuals.
General Responsibilities
- Defining the performance marketing strategy in collaboration with our CMO
- Identifying opportunities to grow our UA activities
- Coaching our UA managers in terms of Campaign Management of various budgets across channels, including Adwords, Facebook and ad networks/ partners
- Monitor, optimize and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Identify new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
- Work on performance marketing projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness to our operations
- Collaboration with data scientist and backed programmers in order to develop our UA tools
- Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing
Requirements
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Advanced SQL skills a must
- Experience with process automation tools
- Minimum of 3 years experience in media buying/ user acquisition/ performance marketing
- Expert knowledge of mobile game market
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
- Experience working with tracking and analytics systems
- Ability to work in a structured way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for games is a major plus
This is a full-time job and based on-site in Copenhagen.
