The Role
We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Analysis to be a key driver in achieving our revenue goals through analytical leadership, insights and business skills. The right candidate will work closely with many ProbablyMonsters business stakeholders. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Marketing and is part of the cross-functional marketing group spanning Product Marketing, Strategy and Analysis, Brand Marketing, External Communications, and Creative Services for the ProbablyMonsters brands and teams globally.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the strategy, planning and analysis needed to drive a game’s business across revenue, margin planning, and pricing models
- Guide development teams on SKU planning, business models, and other insights as needed
- Lead a team that can monitor both internal and external business metrics to advise cross functional teams
- Deliver engagement business metrics, industry and franchise reporting that lead to actionable recommendations for product marketing, finance, studio and leadership
- Combine rigorous market and performance analysis alongside formulation of creative strategies
- Identify, define and drive innovative commercial strategies that will drive growth of the business through relevant new business models, pricing strategies, partnerships, and content
- Build business cases to analyze new strategic ideas, through rigorous analysis of internal data and market benchmarks
- Present and collaborate with multiple functional teams, including senior leadership
Qualifications
- 10 years relevant work experience, including 5+ years within a strategy, commercial or business analytics role in a gaming, entertainment, or other relevant environment
- Proven ability to manage and gain alignment across highly complex and matrix organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to align with the company’s and departments’ initiative
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of clearly presenting findings
- Ability to independently build business cases / financial models
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
