Head of Social Media

As Homa Head of Social Media you will :
- Consolidate and develop our audience-first framework to build and articulate our presence on social media platforms.
- Build world-class and innovative social campaigns to help Homa grow its community and engagement.
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate our creative strategy into social media strategies, content plans and partnerships with other brands.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in social media and communicate updates with the team.
- Brief and manage agencies to support our content creation and activations.
- Manage a team of 3 Community Managers to achieve our objectives on B2B, B2C & Web3.
- Set clear OKRs for the team and build a measurement framework to evaluate impact and performance.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in leading social media strategies and running brand accounts on multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated examples of social media strategy and content you have created.
- Partnership experience with brands showcasing mutual collaboration Initiatives.
- A track record of hitting social KPIs and growing communities.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Creative skills: you can think out of the box and come up with bold and innovative ideas. You know how to write, have a good visual eye and know how to be impactful.
- Attention to details: you know that the devil is in the details, and have a talent for spotting flaws if there are any.
- You are a good project manager: you can work inside a team and with partners while delivering on time on projects with many stakeholders.
- Clear and confident communicator, fluent in English (written and spoken).
