You will also own revenue forecasts for every games and liaise with - and possibly manage - data analysts and business development managers, while looking out for new revenue streams yourself.
Your Team Mates
The PC and Console department (PCC) is a totally autonomous publishing operation at Kwalee and we are relatively small by design. Everyone working in the PCC dept over 7 functional teams are subject matter experts and you will work closely with all of them, collaborating to get the best results for our signed games.

- Collaborating with numerous internal teams including Data Analysis, Community, Media/Influencer, Creative and Product Marketing in an effort to ensure games are ready to be successfully launched and sustained post-launch with regular updates;
- Establishing a working framework of systems and processes to plan & deliver effective sales campaigns and manage your team;
- Implementing continual reviews of sales across a range of platforms, storefronts and channels to ensure maximal profit;
- Searching for new business opportunities and revenue streams;
- Independently learning and developing business practices and opportunities in order to improve the success of our games.
Your Hard Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in the games industry, working across multiple teams;
- Business mindset and understanding of commercial thinking;
- Experience in establishing meaningful KPIs and metrics to monitor performance of the sales team’s work and ability to report to senior management in a concise and timely manner;
- Passion for games and knowledge of the games industry, trends and key players with network of key gaming contacts;
- Willingness to drive results and deadlines based on targets and KPIs;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills;
- A creative spark and recognition of high-quality marketing assets;
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience of PC/Console game live ops, A/B testing and telemetry;
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data.
