Head of Personal Growth (Internal Coach)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced coach to deliver an innovative internal coaching program. In this role you will be embedded in the studio, growing and developing individuals and teams and providing coaching and feedback to improve their work life and career. You will embody our mission, vision and values and strengthen them in our studio, as well as being an evangelist for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed with remote studio teams to gain insight into interpersonal and team dynamics and design and deliver internal coaching and facilitation for personal, team, and leadership development. This includes team and group sessions, 1:1 coaching, workshops, retrospectives, conflict resolution sessions, and debriefs.
- Share our culture, values, and internal coaching at the studio via a blog, newsletter, or other format as well as externally.
- Collaborate in a team environment: you’ll be a key partner with the Production and People & Culture team, working together to ensure we are having the maximum positive impact at the studio.
- Continually streamline and optimize coaching operational processes, including establishing a practice of confidentiality that is understood by team members and adhered to.
- Ensure overall program health and efficacy, including establishing internal metrics and assessment, and in harmony with company priorities. Provide regular data reporting, sharing insights on the impact of coaching with leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a professional coach in a business setting and at least 2 years of experience within Learning and Development
- Experience launching, maintaining, and elevating an internal coaching capability in a fast-paced organization, ideally in high growth or innovative companies.
- Experience in complex program management
- Focus on people and affiliation: you care deeply for people’s well being and the ability to build strong personal relationships and to focus on incrementally working towards goals and evolving and improving both programs and people.
- Have a solution-oriented mindset: you love thinking on your feet, inventing and ideating creative solutions to achieve outcomes for people, teams, and the studio.
