• Du wirst unsere aktuellen HR-Prozesse, die den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus umfassen und weiterentwickeln. (z. B. Versetzung, On-/Offboarding, Beförderungen, Personalanalyse und entsprechende Personalplanung)
• Fortführung und Unterstützung der laufenden Arbeit rund um die Unternehmenskultur in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Vorreiterrolle bei unserem Ziel, Vielfalt und Integration in der Spielebranche zu fördern
• Förderung unserer Initiativen zur Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräfteentwicklung

Wer Du bist:

• Du fühlst Dich in einem Startup-Umfeld wohl, hast aber auch Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in größeren Unternehmen mit einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Du bist eine natürliche und einfühlsame Führungspersönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, die Akzeptanz der Führungskräfte zu gewinnen und gleichzeitig Ihr Team zu Höchstleistungen zu befähigen.
• Du hast nachweisliche Erfolge beim Aufbau, Wachstum und der Entwicklung von Organisations Strukturen und Teams.
• Du verfügst über ein klares Verständnis des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und beherrscht die deutsche Rechtssprache als Zweitsprache.
• Du setzt dich für physische und psychische Gesundheit und Vielfalt sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Arbeitsumfeldes ein
• Du hast eine Affinität für technischen Themen und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Das sind unsere Anforderungen an Dich

Kultur :

• Du bist mit den Grundlagen kultureller Methoden und Strategien vertraut und verstehst, wie diese mit den Werten und der Branche von Klang zusammenhängen.
• Du arbeitest mit unserem Culture & Communications Manager zusammen, um unsere kulturelle Strategie zu entwickeln und in unsere laufenden Prozesse zu implementieren.
• Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung sowohl auf Unternehmens- als auch auf Mitarbeiterebene.
• Du leitest das People Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die internen Teams emotionale Erfüllung in ihrer Arbeit finden.
• Du fungierst als Resonanzboden für die Mitglieder unseres Führungsteams in allen Fragen, die mit Personal und Kultur zu tun haben.

People:

• Du hast mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von HR-Teams in Deutschland.
• Du hast praktische Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personalverwaltung in Deutschland (Verwaltung eines HRIS, Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Einhaltung des Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts usw.)
• Du bist in der Lage, anderen Mitgliedern des Führungsteams unklare Punkte des deutschen Arbeitsrechts klar zu erklären.
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Finanzabteilung und der Abteilung für Talentakquise zusammen.
• Du verstehst, dass Personalprozesse sowohl an die Kultur als auch an die Größe eines Unternehmens angepasst werden müssen. Du fühlst Dich sicher, wenn es darum geht, entsprechende Unternehmensrichtlinien vorzuschlagen und umzusetzen.

• You will refine our current HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. relocation, on-/offboarding, promotions, people analytics and corresponding workforce planning)
• Continue and support ongoing work around company culture in an international environment
• Be at the forefront in our goal to bring diversity and inclusion to the game industry
• Foster our employee and leadership development initiatives

You:

• Thrive in a startup environment whilst also having experience working in larger corporations in an international setting.
• Are a natural and compassionate leader, able to gain buy-in from above whilst empowering your team to perform at their fullest potential.
• Have a proven track record in building, growing and developing organizations and teams.
• Have a clear understanding of the German Labour Law and German legalese is your second language
• Are advocating for mental health and diversity both inside and outside of the work environment
• Have an affinity for technical topics and are fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities :

Culture :

• You are familiar with the fundamentals of cultural methodologies and strategies and you are confident in defining how they relate to Klang’s values and industry.
• Work collaboratively with our Culture & Communications Manager to design our cultural strategy and implement into our current processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous development both at company and employee levels.
• Manage the People team to ensure internal teams find emotional fulfilment in the work they do.
• Act as a sounding board for the members of our Executive team in everything People & Culture related.

People :

• You have 5+ years working in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience leading HR teams in Germany.
• You have hands-on experience and profound knowledge of HR Administration topics in Germany (managing an HRIS, doing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security law, etc.)
• You are able to clearly explain obscure points of the German Labour Law to other members of the leadership team.
• You will collaborate closely with the Finance Department and the Talent Acquisition Department.
• You understand that People processes need to adapt to both the culture and the size of an organization. You feel confident in proposing and implementing company policies accordingly.
