Head of Organic UA

We're looking for a talented and passionate Head of Organic UA to join Wildlife's Marketing team.
As a Head of Organic UA, you'll be responsible to maximize our game's visibility on searches in the app stores and ensure that store pages will convert store impressions to downloads. You will work directly with the other Marketing leaders as well as the General Managers of our games.
Our Marketing team includes Performance Marketing, Creatives Studio, a Technology team. We all work together to ensure that we have a world-class User Acquisition operation in this rapidly changing industry. We are extremely data-driven, obsessed with measuring performance, and always looking for new and innovative ways to improve our daily operations.
Main responsibilities
- ASO (App Store Optimization) : Optimize app store listings, including app titles, descriptions, keywords, and screenshots, to improve organic visibility and downloads on app stores. You need to constantly produce, test and rollout new visual assets to improve Wildlife games' conversion rate on both stores and to ensure that our games rank #1 for the most important keywords in the world.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as app downloads, user engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to optimize organic user acquisition strategies. You will need to report the results to the leadership team, along with clear next steps and priorities that you have with the team.
- User Retention and Engagement: Implement strategies to retain and engage existing users, such as email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to encourage organic word-of-mouth and referrals.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, helping them to make the best decisions to increase our organic installs.
- Stakeholder management: Establish relationships with different partners inside and outside the company, to ensure growth efficiency and a maximum reach of several games. You will work closely with games' teams to deliver store feature and live event cards;
What you'll need to thrive in this position:
- Experience in Organic UA (mainly ASO and Conversion rate optimization)
- Familiarity and affinity with the gaming industry
- Good understanding of the entire User Acquisition process, how different players operate and what are the advantages that can be crated
- Outstanding analytical skills to understand performance and make data driven decisions
- Creativity when solving problems
- Open to learn and always seeking improvements for processes and solutions
- Structured written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong commitment
- Managerial skills to lead a diverse team
- Autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result.
- Work alongside some of the most experienced and creative people in the User Acquisition ecosystem, and together help redefine what success looks like in our industry
- Be very hands-on, meaning you will need to understand deeply how the system works and how to debug it
