You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the business, especially the executive team and management community, as well as taking responsibility for the design and delivery of communications on multiple Internal Communication owned and managed channels.
Your Opportunity

- Enable the continuing evolution and transformation of Improbable through internal communications
- Translate the external messaging systematically and proactively into compelling internal communications
- Activate the management community around internal comms programmes; hold leadership accountable for helping to drive these messages forward
- Ensure we have effective methods and practices for cascading internal comms throughout the whole organisation
- Roll out of critical change comms programmes; aligning and supporting complex and (sometimes!) demanding stakeholder groups
- Audit the current internal communications set up (Channels, structure, roles & Responsibilities, content etc) and redesign as needed to create an effective, efficient and impactful internal comms structure moving forward
Why You’re Made for This
- You will have experience internally communicating change & transformative business updates in a fast-paced, complex and at times ambiguous environment, involving a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have experience and understanding of the gaming or more broadly entertainment industry.
- You will have particular sensitivity to signals collected throughout a variety of channels to form astute strategies responding to the internal climate and concerns.
- You will also have a sense of bringing people together on complex projects, making sure the collaboration is fulfilling for all parties involved.
- You will have proven experience leading on cross-functional projects using agile methodologies and will ideally have a qualification within project management.
- You need to have a taste for content writing and a sensitivity to the power of words.
- You will create creative & sensitive content using a variety of different channels of communication to effectively keep Improbable employees engaged and updated.
- You will be autonomous while ensuring strong communication and alignment with the other components of the communications and HR teams, and you will come proactively with creative ideas to improve the overall internal communications mix.
