Are you looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a new Growth organization from scratch with the resources of a leading global mobile gaming powerhouse? Do you want to support experienced and passionate indie game development studios in scaling up engaging mobile games for millions of players? Do you want to look beyond our mobile gaming portfolio and build out marketing strategies for the future of gaming across other platforms?
We are looking for a senior leader with a key strategic and operational role in shaping the future of our mobile gaming publishing business and the wider Pixel United organization. Come define the future of gaming as we seek to develop aspirational experiences across platforms.What You'll Do
- Build and lead a new Growth organization consisting of user acquisition, product marketing, ASO, and creative services teams to support publishing efforts of global development studios across various mobile gaming genres and potentially cross-platform/blockchain
- Own and oversee global user acquisition tied to estimated $100M+ in annual media spend
- Partner with Product/Publishing and Insights to drive new growth strategies and tactics in scaling games and understanding player behaviors to drive player loyalty and expand audiences
- Partner with Data Science for robust analytics and lifetime value models, machine learning and budget optimization across games, channels, and campaigns
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners (FB, Google, etc.)
- Collaborate with external partners to maximize promotion, distribution footprint of the game across international geographies and alternative media channels
- Engage, consult, and collaborate with senior stakeholders within your game teams / studios to ensure that audience growth is paramount in product roadmap and live ops decisions
- Collaborate with other Growth heads across Big Fish Games, Plarium and Product Madness to build best practices and centralized resources
- Partner with Product, M&A, and other leaders to conduct M&A due diligence and develop recommendations on various strategic and financial opportunities for wider Aristocrat Digital organization
- All other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in mobile and digital growth strategies in building audiences, ideally in mobile gaming performance marketing. Experience in product marketing and/or brand management also a plus
- Entrepreneurial with a love for building organizations from scratch within a major organization
- 8+ years of experience in entertainment, brands or live services, including gaming, digital entertainment, sports, or services
- Highly strategic, analytical and inquisitive nature
- Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse and face-paced environment, across multiple time zones and build consensus and drive results
- Demonstrable experience of team building and collaborative leadership
- Interest in / passion for gaming
