We are continuing to grow our team to support our existing portfolio and an exciting and ambitious future roadmap, which includes the development of both own-IP titles and licensed-IP titles. Our IP-license partners include Universal (Jurassic World), Formula 1 and Games Workshop (Warhammer).We are also growing our team to continue the expansion of Frontier Foundry, our publishing label for games developed by carefully selected partner studios.
We have a modern spacious studio located on the Cambridge Science Park in the heart of the Cambridge tech hub. For those who wish to relocate to the Cambridge area and work either entirely in the studio or flexibly between the studio and home, we can provide generous financial and practical support to facilitate your move. We are also able to offer remote working for those who would prefer to work almost exclusively from home or who are unable to relocate. Purpose of the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our talented, friendly and growing team. Reporting to the Director of Publishing Services and heading up a team of digital marketing specialists. This role will take the lead in driving Frontier’s overall digital media strategy and execution. You’ll be joining during an exciting period of growth at Frontier and as part of our Publishing team your work will ensure the continued success of our current games and the future success of new titles.

Key responsibilities
- Lead Frontier’s Digital Marketing strategy and the team of specialists implementing that strategy.
- Effectively coach, support, mentor and develop the team through regular updates and performance reviews.
- Develop digital campaigns across all paid media channels in close collaboration with internal brand teams and oversee their execution with a focus on maximising performance and sharing post campaign learnings across the wider business.
- Support and deliver against agreed product go to market plans (set by the brand management teams).
- Manage pre-agreed budgets throughout a product’s lifecycle, supporting a GAAS model (where applicable) in collaboration with commercial and brand teams.
- Manage and develop agency relationships at a strategic level to ensure campaigns are launched on time and on budget and ROI is maximised.
- Own reporting & target optimisation across all digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain regular overview reports.
- Identify trends and insights to ensure your team are effectively optimising digital media spend and performance. Share those insights with the wider marketing teams
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry is highly desired e.g. video games, film or music.
- Extensive experience across forming and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in using analytic tools and lead conversion solutions to track and evaluate performance of individual initiatives and overall success of a digital marketing strategy
- Excellent leaderships skills, with experience in building and developing teams to succeed
- Numerate, highly data driven and analytical
- Commercially minded with strong supplier management and influencing skills
- Collaborative and able to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams in a large organisation.
- Well organised with the ability to oversee and drive the delivery multiple campaigns
