Come play with us! Amazon’s Prime Gaming is looking for a driven and dynamic Head of Channel Marketing. A strategic thinker with a strong operational bias, this individual is responsible for leading the team that will both architect & deliver brand marketing campaigns & content programs across owned & operated channels – both US-focused & multi-country – to positively shift perceptions, affect desired customer behaviors and grow our business.

Role Responsibilities:
The Head of Channel Marketing works closely with internal teams, business customers, Program Management, Amazon Events team, Brand, Creative, Media, Product and Insights teams as well as with other key business operations stakeholders across Amazon. This individual thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and can effortlessly pivot from designing and executing individually-focused, single placements across our owned & operated channels to fully integrated campaigns across the full lot of Amazon channels.

Responsibilities for this role include the following…
· Lead Owned & Operated and cross-channel strategies; develop and execute content prioritization frameworks on owned channels
· Dives deep into business objectives and needs of partners in order to assess and develop mutually beneficial programs to secure cross-channel programming
· Assess and develop value propositions for new program packages across owned channels to support the growth of our business partners
· Evaluate and redefine and redesign processes, implement and / or utilize workflow tools to ensure scalability for a business expected to triple in growth over the next few years
· Strengthen and develop relationships across Amazon business units to introduce all-new, fully-integrated cross-channel, cross-business programs
· Oversee the development and execution of complex campaigns & programs of small and large scale
· Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team to outline operational & executional requirements of a program and the process to address them
· Co-own campaign & program budget management and adherence
· Partner with creative teams – internal partners and / or external agencies
· Embraces invention without precedence while leveraging proven approaches
· Identifies & assesses risks quickly, building contingency plans to mitigate or manage them
· Recognizes and solves for often opposing priorities, evaluates and presents trade-offs
· Work with Insights team to design learning agendas and assess campaign & program performance
· Grow international and multi-country programs, collaborate with partners across locales to share learnings, identify insights, shape strategies and design & execute campaigns
· Lead or co-lead campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· 7+ years of leading consumer marketing brand, campaign, program / project management with cross-functional teams
· 5+ years of experience in leading a team of site merchandisers, retail vendor managers and planners in an online commerce store or Corporate Marketing department team
· Experience in integrated, cross-channel communications – strategy, planning, content development, execution
· Expertise in creating new owned media channels and managing variety of retail vendors
· Strong understanding of marketing measurement
· Global or multi-country discipline expereince
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High level proficiency in JIRA and other workflow software systems and issue tracking products
· Expert fluency in Adobe applications; proficiency in MS Office, and SharePoint
· Gaming and digital entertainment industry experience a plus
· Proven ability to interpret current gaming trends
· Proficient with ecommerce tooling and ability to quickly learn how to navigate new programs.
· Proficient in Excel
· Strives for continuous improvement of workflows and can rebound swiftly from unexpected setbacks
· Uses and applies data & evidence responsibly to guide strategies, inform judgement or make decisions
· Employs sound critical thinking & problem-solving approaches, comes to the table with solutions
· Work well under pressure, handle multiple and competing priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
