THE OPPORTUNITY

The Director - Creator Network will be responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the creator network. This role involves collaborating with creators to promote content creation and enhance KRAFTON's brand value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the creator network strategy.
• Manage relationships and collaborations with creators.
• Support and promote content creation.
• Drive growth and activation of the creator network.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 12 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in managing and operating creator networks.
• Experience in content creation and marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Major game publishing or platform development experience required.
• Global company experience required.
• Managing people experience required.
• Relationship with major global influencers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bi-lingual with Korean is a plus.
