About the Role
You will be part of the APAC Marketing Team based in Singapore, reporting to the Integrated Marketing Director, APAC and will work with local teams across region. You will also work with teams in EMEA and North America to gain learnings and determine collaboration opportunities.
As Head of Commerce Marketing, you will own the commerce marketing strategy and deliver a range of marketing initiatives to improve the commerce KPIs performance. We seek an individual who has experience driving revenue growth through innovative marketing programs in a digital business.
You'll use our best-in-class creative, media, and measurement workstreams, to drive growth for Twitch's commerce product and more importantly, your work will make a visible impact on our community of millions.
You Will:
- Lead the development of the APAC commerce marketing strategy built on clear consumer insights
- Deliver innovative marketing programs to improve key performance metrics of our commerce products
- Collaborate with the country marketing teams to implement campaigns and lifecycle marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Global Commerce marketing and product teams to help shape APAC marketing GTMs
- Be the go-to person for the commerce KPIs, monitoring performance, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities to exploit
- Commission research with our community to uncover insights that can help the business grow
- Collaborate with other functions, such as Sales & Business Development, to develop partnership opportunities
You Have:
- 8 years experience in marketing with roles focused on driving revenue in digital subscription businesses or e-Commerce businesses
- Deep understanding of consumer insights across APAC countries with respect to digital trends and commerce
- Highly numerate, analytical and commercial mindset with Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Good communication skills who excels in simplifying the complex but is also comfortable in the detail
- A collaborative spirit, because you love teamwork and appreciate its importance
- Know the ins and outs of campaign tracking, number-crunching, and pulling data to help inform decisions
- A passion to help creators earn a living on Twitch
