Senior Ad Monetization ManagerSummary
As part of the Advertising team, you will join a passionate group of gamers and top minds in the business of games!
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Ad Monetization at Pixel United, this role will be responsible for working closely with internal teams and key distribution partners to drive Product Madness’s Ad Monetization revenue day to day. In this centralized role, you are expected to build Ad Monetization road map and ensure ad tech reliability and optimize ad delivery across a number of our games like Cashman, Lightning Link, and Heart of Vegas.What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
● Build Ad Monetization road map across all titles and shape the Ad monetization strategy
● Manage the Ad monetization team
● Work closely with the game product managers to implement new product placements and launch A/B tests
● Monitor ad performance and business metrics, lead investigations of issues, and manage triage of identified bugs
● Optimize the placements across networks and territories using quantitative analysis to yield market-leading eCPM’s and fulfil revenue targets
● Demonstrated track record working with Executive, Product, and Operations functions to deliver quantifiable results through yield optimization and revenue management tools and programs.
● Troubleshoot ad network integrations, finding and solving issues by corresponding with internal tech teams
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
● 5+ years experience in product management, Admonetization, Game Ops, or CRM
● 3+ years of management experience
● Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, to thrive at an extremely fast pace
● Ability to work and drive results independently as well as collaborate with others on a solution
● Extremely organized and an excellent communicator
● An understanding of advertising technologies including SSPs/DSPs, Ad Mediation, Rewarded Video, and Ad Targeting
