As part of the Advertising team, you will join a passionate group of gamers and top minds in the business of games!
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Ad Monetisation at Pixel United, this role will be responsible for working closely with internal teams and key distribution partners to drive Product Madness’s Ad Mon day-to-day. In this centralised role, you are expected to ensure ad tech reliability and optimise ad delivery across a number of our games like Cashman, Lightning Link, and Heart of Vegas.What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse best practices for optimisation and feature implementation
- Work with game PMs throughout Product Madness to execute advertising-related features and optimisations
- Monitor ad performance and business metrics, lead investigations of issues and manage triage of identified bugs
- Optimise campaigns across networks and territories using quantitative analysis to yield market-leading eCPM’s and fulfill revenue targets.
- Specific areas of focus will include reservation pricing optimisation, inventory management, and campaign optimisation across indirect
- Demonstrated track record working with Executive, Product, and Operations functions to deliver quantifiable results through yield optimisation and revenue management tools and programs.
- Troubleshoot ad network integrations, finding and solving issues by corresponding with internal tech teams
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working in mobile games advertising or a mobile publisher advertising
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, to thrive at an extremely fast pace
- Ability to work and drive results independently as well as collaborate with others on solutions
- Extremely organised and an excellent communicator
- An understanding of advertising technologies including SSPs/DSPs, Ad Mediation, Rewarded Video, and Ad Targeting
