GSN Games is seeking a Head TA - India to join our team in Bangalore!

What You'll Do:

We’re seeking a dynamic people leader to look after our India full cycle recruiters supporting our growing game studio’s needs . In this role, you will lead a team of individual contributors responsible for hiring critical roles across the function. We believe in building relationships with our business and thrive on the partnerships that we build. This role will require a strong bias for results and an evolving approach towards how we hire better not only for today but also over the years.

  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities. Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, graduate and campus hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. Bring a focus on data. Drive collective accountability for the team's success
  • Set clear goals. Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with key business leaders and internal and external stakeholders maintaining strong professional collaboration with them
  • Create an internal and an external brand for GSN

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters in a high growth environment
  • Command on metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity
  • High aptitude for coaching, mentoring and developing talent
  • Collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle of recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools/programs
