Hardware Support Specialist

Job Overview

We invite specialists with knowledge of the Polish, German or English language, who are well versed in the internal architecture of the PC; able to diagnose problems related to both software and hardware; and have basic knowledge about the construction and operation of computer networks.

What will you do?

The User Support Center specialist will support the company’s MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships and World of Tanks Blitz), namely, communicating with multilingual audiences on various technical issues in the game.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of Russian + German, English or Polish at Intermediate level and above
• Secondary or higher education;
• Knowledge of internal PC architecture;
• Knowledge of methods of diagnostics of PC component failures and their functional purposes;
• Ready for 2/2 shift work schedule: two weeks 08:00 – 20:00, two weeks 20:00 – 08:00

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in working with users;
• Knowledge in the field of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS), their implementation and routing;
• Technical education;
• Gaming enthusiasm (knowledge and experience in Wargaming projects will be an advantage).
