Stardock is Michigan's largest computer game and software company that's been in business for nearly 30 years is seeking an Office Manager at its Plymouth Michigan office to handle basic HR and payroll duties as well as interface with external HR and benefits service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day office management
  • Working with ADP to ensure payroll is done
  • Coordinating with different groups for recruiting
  • Job interview scheduling and coordination
  • New employee onboarding
  • Interfacing with third-party benefits services (401K, Health, etc.)
  • First level HR work for employees to discuss any issues they have and work with senior management
  • Interfacing with third-party HR services for second-level HR requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Self-organized
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Good sense of empathy and a drive to make life better
  • Good at figuratively herding cats
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
