- Partner with hiring managers on staffing requirements
- Plan to achieve recruitment KPIs (based on project timelines)
- Craft and update job descriptions
- Source and screen suitable candidates from various channels
- Schedule interview arrangements, including to attend interviews with hiring managers
- Craft and propose offer packages
- Perform reference and background checks
- Gather necessary documentation for pre-onboarding
- Participate in employer branding and career fairs
- Compile regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for the management
- Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned and required from time to time
Requirements
- Able to manage end-to-end recruitment (high volume) within corporate environment (At least 1 to 2 years of experience preferable)
- Prior exposure in handling local recruitment needs (South Korea region)
- Passion in gaming industry will be advantageous
- Resourceful, meticulous, and possess high level of integrity & discretion
- Self-driven personality and team player
- Good communication (in both Korean and English) and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
