HR Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment to support the internal day-to-day workflows as well as project plans for larger, strategic initiatives. You will lead the project work flows for the Human Resources team, with direct partnership with our Talent Acquisition Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and/or leverage processes, forms, trackers, platforms or tools as necessary to facilitate and improve the efficiency of project workflows
• Centralize information as a source of truth by preparing status reports and leading weekly meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with marketing and company goals
• Keep all responsible departments and individuals on track with deliverables, clearly communicating risks and finding opportunities and defining specific action plans/contingencies to meet deadlines when challenges or obstacles occur
• Create a post-mortem system and performance metrics for key milestones to analyze all project launches and determine root causes of project delays to improve the overall system
• Understand the project roadmaps
• Contribute to the efficiency by sharing new ideas and approaches for meeting project objectives
• Work within project timelines and ensure all blockers are addressed

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years professional experience as a project manager
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge and experience of traditional project management principles and practices such as Waterfall and Agile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with/within global and cross-functional companies and teams
