HR Project Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (F/H/NB)

Job Description
You will join the HR for IT team, made of around 40 people working with the IT department which currently employs nearly 1,500 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team, which is working on defining the Ubisoft IT employer branding to become a first-choice employer within the IT market, making sure all IT Talents are engaged and fostering a sense of pride and motivation, as well as helping them to grow to their full potential.
Within the HR for IT team, reporting to the IT HR Development Director, you will mostly be responsible for the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities.
More precisely, you will:
1/ Lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects:
- You lead CSR projects with the objective to recruit diverse talents and improve our external visibility ;
- You build and implement a strategy to improve our talent acquisition worldwide ;
- You collaborate with the communication team to create initiatives increasing the visibility on our Ubisoft IT values & culture targeting our future candidates.
2/ Coordinate and centralize the Talent Acquisition activities:
- You manage our recruitment request validation system and the communication both ways between HRD and recruitment teams, as well as across recruitment teams ;
- You perform data reporting on talent acquisition performance and adhoc analysis (e.g.: forecast of recruitment volume, recruitment quality, etc.).
3/ Connect and leverage our Talent Acquisition community of 25+ recruiters across the world:
- You create synergy and collaboration across the world (sharing best practices and successful initiatives, managing our collaboration platform, inspiring with readings, studies, etc.) ;
- You make sure Talent Acquisition is aligned worldwide and provide candidates the same experience ;
- You facilitate the collective construction of our Talent Acquisition strategy, together with our HRD and recruitment leads.
Lastly, you may be asked to work on projects related to Talent Development (learning, performance management, careers development) according to the priorities and objectives of the team.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have a solid experience in HR and project management, and/or in recruitment, in an international environment.

- You master professional English (90% of your time, your work produced, your conversations and your emails will be in English).
- If you are interested with the IT market trends, it’s a plus!
