Job Description:

Position Overview

HR Operations is the link to the Centres of Expertise (CoE) and provide operations support to teams across HR including HR Technology, HR Business Partners and Recruitment.
Working as part of an international team, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing service to employees.

Role & Responsibilities

[HR Operations]
• Handling transactional requests and questions from employees regarding benefits, policies and process accurately and in a timely manner to meet employee needs.
•Manage local specific benefit programs (Flexible Benefit, Medical check-up, The Moonwell, Castlights, & etc.)
•Employee documentation for new hire & resignees with proper documentation.
•Manage employee annual leave entitlement & settlement: including renewing internal leave policy and setting up appropriate systems.
• Support the implementation of reward / gifts initiatives.
• Manage employee working visa / KR and Japan residence permit application and renewal.
• Develop proper HR activities and policies to be aligned with business needs
• Manage HR vendor & service contracts / HR vendor payment including PR/PO process

[HRIS]
• Ensure data accuracy of the Workday and HR master files : HR employee master data / Factbook / Org chart for global reporting.
• Onboarding / Org Transfer / Lateral Move / Termination (via. service Center Ticket)

[Others]
• Support & engage operation of the HR employee communication/ Benefit programs.
• Provided monthly & year-end HR monthly closing data for financial accrual purposes
• New hire guide email & onboarding gifts (Including inventory management & supply replenishments) for newcomers.
• Quarterly ISMS information security audit support
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR report as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Psychology or Business Administration related field preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR in multi-national company, either in HR generalist field or in benefits / employee relationship function is preferable (job title may change based on candidate's experience)
• Able to communicate with coworkers and business contacts in a civilized and professional manner
• Positive attitude with willingness to take challenge and work under pressure
• Working level proficiency in English, written and spoken
