HR Operations Manager

You will also have the opportunity to drive operational plans for the organizations that you partner with, working in partnership with key stakeholders. You will foster strong professional relationship with our business to maximize the success of our employees in the organization.
This role reports to the HR Director, APAC.
Responsibilities
- You will work with the APAC HR and Recruiting teams to establish, implement, monitor, and document HR service delivery and operations within APAC
- Identify, create, and implement HR processes and functions in APAC to help scale and optimize and ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency, and accuracy
- Manage daily activities of the APAC operations team and ensure that services meet employees' needs by providing direction, guidance, support, and problem resolution
- Build and maintain employee morale and culture while providing day-to-day support to employees and business partners, answering questions and making it easy to work at Unity
- Be part of a regional/global team to participate in system testing and communication planning for HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems, and processes
- Build and maintain internal documentation of processes
- Perform regular audits and follow up with employees to ensure that required documents are submitted and filed
- Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders on employee facing processes to build an outstanding employee experience: IT, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, Workplace Experience
- Build and execute HR strategy for the groups you partner with; offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution
- Drive key HR initiatives across departments, including performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, training and development, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness and employee communication
- Provide expertise and coach managers on appropriate people management best practices
- Be the go-to person for the Singapore office and build trusting relationships with leaders and team
Requirements
- Degree with at least 10 years in HR Operations or Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a technology-based company
- Confident within an international, matrix environment
- Expert in Singapore labor laws
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, and exercise judgment with sensitive/ confidential issues
- You are a problem solver, team player and multitasker
- Hungry to try new and creative approaches. We don’t want traditional solutions unless they happen to be the best ones. You know all the latest solutions and have a point of view on their value
- Passionate about employee and manager experience—it’s always top of mind for you. We solve for their experience, not ours
- You focus on quality over speed, but are responsive and understand a sense of urgency
