What You'll Do
We are looking to add an HR Generalist to our team. You enjoy taking ownership of programs and experimenting with new ideas. You are an ambassador of our culture, guiding and supporting employees and managers through their Employee Ex -perience. Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will play an active role as part of the People Team and be entrusted and accountable for the following:
- Help administer benefits, compensation, recognition, performance and training and development programs
- Suggest new procedures to improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Provide support to employees in several HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Support the greater team for rollout of new and ongoing people programs in talent development projects to engage and motivate our people's performance, to unlock their potential, and help them grow in their careers.
Who We Want To Meet
Your Background
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, facilitating performance and compensation cycles
- HR experience from software technology and/or fast paced growth company
- Relatable and able to maintain relationships with people at all levels
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
