We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! This is a full-time position at a fun, growing company, with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with employees and senior HR management to interpret and administer various HR policies and procedures.
- Communicates and implements pro-active employee strategies pertaining to employee relations.
- Focuses on creating a positive employee relations environment and culture.
- Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of not just the HR department but the entire organization.
- Works with extremely sensitive and confidential information and uses discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a full-time Human Resources role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HRIS
