HR Generalist

Crytek is looking for a service-oriented HR Generalist to help us actively manage and implement our culture based on trust, collaboration and respect. We are looking for someone with a deep knowledge of administrative HR topics and the ability to make complex HR topics understandable to our international employees. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where new and exciting tasks are always coming your way.
Responsibilities
- As part of the HR Admin team, be the direct contact person for HR topics, onboarding, employee support and all topics related to work and residence permits
- Contribute to the optimization of HR processes
- Support of international freelancers (outside the EU) and employees in other EU countries
- Management of processes related to visas and work permits, registration with the authorities
- Preparation of service agreements
- Collaboration in the creation and implementation of HR projects within the Crytek Group
- Supporting group leaders on employee issues
- Representing the HR Director in the implementation of internal company processes
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in the role of HR Generalist.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with existing experience in payroll preparation and data administration.
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point) and Outlook.
- Experience working in an international environment
- Organized and structured way of working
