THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team due to continued growth. This is an exciting role and an excellent opportunity for someone with entry level experience in HR looking for the next step in their career.
This is a 12-month contract with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding support to all new Splashers, supporting the HR team through visa processing, accommodation and relocation support along with helping our new starter set their life up in the UK
- Support employee onboarding, including liaising with IT and Facilities on kit requirements, buddy management for all new starters, and first day experience
- Provide administrative support on all annual processes i.e., salary reviews, collation of peer reviews (360 feedback) preparation of letters, issuing requests to complete documentation, distributing letters
- Support the HR Advisor with probation tracking and management
- Management of internal databases and superuser on HRIS system
- Amend and draft contractual and ad hoc letters, ensuring the content is complete, accurate and appropriate for the circumstances
- Support the HR Assistant with general HR administration-related queries
You have:
Our employees are talented people, distinguished by technical excellence, with a willingness to embrace team working and a passion for games. You will be able to demonstrate a similar supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience of practical HR Administration
- Experience of using a HRIS system including running reports and preparing management information
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced matrix organisation
- Good knowledge of using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
- Ability to effectively organise allocated work activities, work to tight deadlines and assist in the effective organisation of non-standard tasks and events
