Are you a multifaceted and detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator? This position will report to the Manager of HR Operations and will provide day to day HR support for all Wizards employees and the HR Team. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, proactive, confident and is meticulous when it comes to data accuracy! This role will partner with the HR team to support our policies, programs and onboarding.
What You'll Do:
- Support in the delivery of HR programs and processes related to the full employee lifecycle process; onboarding, hybrid-work, employee engagement, promotion process, recognition programs, employee file management, audits, track HR program budgets, employee events and more.
- Partner with and support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to drive the team’s talent strategy and organizational change.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by responding timely and accurately to general employee questions and requests.
- Track employee data; remote work, attrition and more.
- Administer all employee changes in SuccessFactors, in partnership with the HRIS Team.
- Run ad-hoc and regular reporting (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.).
- Conduct and participate in audits of employee records and files and workplace poster requirements to ensure federal and state compliance.
- Drive process excellence by continuously looking for opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Special Projects – act as resource for special projects and HR programs, and activities that may be essential to business need.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision.
- Great can-do attitude combined with a strong work ethic.
- Strong ethics and integrity including the ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of local and federal employment legislation and compliance.
- Strong skills in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
