HR Business Partner

Description

Playtika is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global HR Business Partner to join our Global HQ department. You will play a key role in supporting the HR initiatives and providing guidance and support to managers and employees across departments such as Finance, Legal, Ops, HR, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to provide HR support, advice, and guidance to managers and employees
• Act as a consultant to business leaders on HR related issues and initiatives
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies and initiatives
• Facilitate and lead performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes

Requirements

• 8+ years' proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with managers and employees at all levels
• English mother tongue level - a must
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
