What You’ll Do:
As HR Business Partner, you will provide a full spectrum of HR and Studio Management services linked to the organisational needs and objectives of the Kyiv studio. You will work closely with the London-based HR manager, the Kyiv Leadership Team and the Executive team to support the achievement of organisational and country goals. Your emphasis will be on effective recruitment and selection as well as conflict management and studio operational support. You will be a true business partner and leader in the Kyiv studio.

Specific Responsibilities

· Own all studio recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding and manage complete new hire process

· Plan and conduct/coordinate new employee orientation

· Support the Finance team in payroll administration by maintaining relevant human resources information, review local payroll to ensure accuracy and timely submission of information

· Communicate proposed rate and salary changes through appropriate chain of command for approval

· Partner with studio and executive leadership to ensure that all promotions are properly justified, both technically and in terms of compensation

· Provide support to ensure that GSN Games practices and policies conform to best practice and country laws

· Assist Supervisors/Mangers with managing performance issues

· Maintain ownership of all employee information in our HRIS, including the timely submission of all changes

· Assist in analysing statistical data and reports to support appropriate decision making

· Management of staff exits, including the conducting of exit interviews

· Assist Supervisors/Managers with Development Plans for staff

· Partner with local management, studio leadership and Executive Management on studio management and operations

· Take a lead role in problem solving and conflict management
· Work with internal documents such as agreements and internal orders

· Collaborate with Finance department as needed

About You:

· Strong HR, recruitment and leadership experience

· Experience in and understanding of business needs and office/studio leadership

· Comfortable liaising with C-level executive leadership

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Understanding of Ukraine Labour Law, Employment Law and other relevant regulations

· Ability to implement and support all aspects of the HR function in line with current practices and trends

· Ability to gain the trust and confidence of colleagues and to handle confidential matters discreetly and have experience in conflict resolution

· Ability to competently assess priorities; manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment, and meet competing deadlines

· Comfort with compensation analysis/experience with Compensation surveys

· Solid proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft suite

· Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff, clients, and consultants

· Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate activities with senior management team in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Familiarity with ADP a plus

· Familiarity with 1C

· Basic knowledge of PE’s and employee’s taxation
